Shift: 9H Days 9, Description: Unit Notes: ITEMS OF NOTE:- Local Rate: Applies to clinicians with permanent addresses within 50 miles (-$25 to regular and OT bill rates)- OSF Call Off Policy: Equivalent of 12 hours every 13 weeks with no penalty or need to pay for the shift- Non-billable Orientation Hours: 12 hours, guaranteed hours will not apply during orientation Active IL license or confirmation that application process has been initiated- Your candidate understands OSF is a Drug-Free Campus and they must produce a negative drug screen for all panels Department: Cardiac Cath Tech- # suites/labs: 2 labs, 1 hybrid room, 6 bed recovery area- #cases per day on average: 5 cases per day- Required Certifications: BLS- Common diagnoses/Types of patients: STEMI, NSTEMI, chest pain, stroke patients needing neuro-intervention, peripheral angios, line placement & drain placement, loop recorders- Experience or 'Must have' skills: Must have recent experience with heart caths & peripheral caths. Prefer experience with Philips equipment & McKesson.- EMR/Equipment: EMR - Epic. Equipment - Philips monitoring equipment, McKesson in the labs with Philips tables. 1 of the labs has a BiPlane- Is there a Manager/Charge Nurse on each shift?
