Description

Shift: 6:45 PM - 7:15 AM 

 (1) MSO RN - 12 HR Nights - UNC Health Pardee - Hendersonville, NC *Clinical interview*

Start Date: 1/26/2026 Contract length: 13 weeksGSA: up to 36 hours per week. Hours not guaranteed week of orientation or during the holidays where the unit is closed - *NO BLOCKED SCHEDULING ALLOWED***Facility can cancel one shift biweekly without penalty**Shift: 12 Hour Nights (1845-0715) (Must have previously worked a night shift within the last year)Weekends/holidays: rotate every otherFloat Requirements : To alike units, based on census - Orthopedics and PCUOn Call: NoneRequired Licenses and Certifications: Active NC or Compact state RN license, AHA BLS , AHA ACLS preferred **NO NEW TRAVELERS** 1 successful travel assignment Epic: Required, experience must be within one yearMinimum experience: 2 years *Travelers must attend meetings every other month. Schedule to be provided***Manager will not approve RTO over 5 days. Must be 5 days or less**Unit Information (Bed Size, Case Type, Patient Ratio): Med/Surg-Oncology 37-bed unit; Medical admissions to the unit include patients with cancer, pneumonia, hypoxia, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, dehydration, deep vein thrombosis, infections, gastrointestinal disorders, pancreatitis, substance abuse, mental status changes; Surgical admissions include patients undergoing general, bariatric, vascular, urological, endoscopic, podiatric, ear, nose, and throat surgical procedures. Ratios are Days 1:5-6 & Nights 1:5-6**Compliance is due 7 business days prior to start date** REQUIRED EDUCATION:Associate Degree or Certificate PREFERRED EDUCATION:Associate Degree or Certificate
