RN Rehab

Shift: 7:00 pm to 7:00 am

Must have: BLS (AHA)

Preferred or nice to have: CRRN Certification, Knowledge of Quality Indicator scoring in post-acute setting , ACLS certified within 90 certified

List typical procedures performed on unit(s):

Assist in rehabilitation care plan established by interdisciplinary team

Lab draws, IV meds as needed, blood administration as needed, head to toe assessments,

Years Experience: 2 year

Candidate Should be above 50 Miles Full SSN is Required at the time of submission
