Job Overview
A long-term care facility in Ellensburg, Washington is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for a 13-week travel assignment. This role is ideal for an RN who is flexible with evening and night coverage and comfortable working extended shifts in a post-acute care environment.

Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive nursing care to residents in a long-term care setting
Administer medications and treatments per provider orders
Monitor resident conditions and respond appropriately to changes
Coordinate care with LPNs, CNAs, and interdisciplinary team members
Complete accurate and timely documentation
Ensure resident safety and compliance with facility policies and procedures

Requirements

Active Washington RN license or compact license (if applicable)
Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred
Ability to work variable evening and night shifts, including extended shifts
Strong clinical judgment, communication, and documentation skills

Additional Details

Contract Length: 13 weeks
Schedule: Evenings and Nights (variable)
Shift Length: Combination of 8-hour and 16-hour shifts
Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours per week
Setting: Long-Term Care / Nursing Home
Location: Ellensburg, Washington
