Description

Job Overview
A long-term care facility in Ellensburg, Washington is seeking an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a 13-week travel assignment. This role is ideal for an LPN who is flexible with both day and evening coverage and enjoys providing consistent, resident-focused care in a post-acute environment.

Responsibilities

  • Provide direct nursing care to residents in a long-term care setting
  • Administer medications and treatments per provider orders
  • Monitor resident conditions and promptly report changes
  • Assist with activities of daily living and coordinate care with CNAs
  • Complete accurate and timely documentation
  • Collaborate with nursing staff and interdisciplinary care teams
  • Ensure resident safety and compliance with facility policies and procedures

Requirements

  • Active Washington LPN license or compact license (if applicable)
  • Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred
  • Ability to work variable day and evening shifts
  • Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills
