Job Overview
A long-term care facility in Ellensburg, Washington is seeking an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a 13-week travel assignment. This role is ideal for an LPN who is flexible with both day and evening coverage and enjoys providing consistent, resident-focused care in a post-acute environment.

Responsibilities

Provide direct nursing care to residents in a long-term care setting
Administer medications and treatments per provider orders
Monitor resident conditions and promptly report changes
Assist with activities of daily living and coordinate care with CNAs
Complete accurate and timely documentation
Collaborate with nursing staff and interdisciplinary care teams
Ensure resident safety and compliance with facility policies and procedures

Requirements

Active Washington LPN license or compact license (if applicable)
Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred
Ability to work variable day and evening shifts
Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills

Schedule: Days and Evenings (variable)
Shift Length: 8-hour shifts
Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours per week
