Job Overview
A Skilled Nursing Facility in Granbury, Texas is seeking an experienced Physical Therapist Assistant for an ASAP-start, 13-week travel assignment. This role is ideal for a PTA who is comfortable working in post-acute rehabilitation and managing a consistent skilled nursing caseload.

Responsibilities

Assist Physical Therapists with implementation of resident treatment plans
Provide therapeutic exercises, gait training, and functional mobility interventions
Monitor resident progress and communicate changes to the supervising Physical Therapist
Complete accurate and timely daily treatment notes and progress documentation
Educate residents and caregivers on exercises, safety, and mobility strategies
Collaborate with interdisciplinary rehabilitation and nursing teams

Requirements

Active Texas Physical Therapist Assistant license
Skilled nursing facility or post-acute experience preferred
Strong patient-care, communication, and documentation skills
Ability to manage a full SNF caseload efficiently
