Requirements:

Minimum 2 years total NICU III/IV experience
BLS, NRP
At least 1 full year of Level IV NICU experience (hard stop)
Epic charting experience
Basic arrhythmia / telemetry experience (tele test required)
WI RN license or Compact License (from permanent address state)
Travel experience required (Level IV preferred for first-time travelers)
Flu vaccine required (medical/religious exemptions only)
