Travel Registered Nurse – Emergency Room (ER)
Location: Manchester, NH
Pay: $2,166/week
Shift: Mid Shift | 3x12s (15:00 – 03:30)
Contract Length: 13 Weeks
Job Details
We are seeking an experienced Travel ER Registered Nurse for a fast-paced Emergency Department with a strong pediatric presence. This assignment offers the opportunity to work in a high-acuity setting caring for patients across the lifespan.
- Schedule: 3 shifts per week
- Hours: 36 hours/week
- Shift: Mid (3:00 PM – 3:30 AM)
- Weekends: Every other weekend required
- Call: None
Required Experience & Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of Emergency Room experience
- Experience in a fast-paced ER with pediatric patients strongly preferred
- First-time travelers not accepted
- Epic EMR experience required
- Active RN license (NH or compact eligible)
Required Certifications
- ACLS
- PALS
- TNCC
- CPI
Skills & Responsibilities
- Adult and pediatric emergency care
- Triage and patient prioritization
- Cardiac rhythm interpretation and dysrhythmia management
- Trauma and emergency response
Patient Population & Diagnoses
Patients present with a wide range of conditions including:
- Chest pain, shortness of breath, and abdominal pain
- Trauma and fractures
- Neurological and oncological emergencies
- Psychiatric emergencies
- Sepsis
- GI, GU, and OB cases
- Substance use disorders
- Abuse, assault, and neglect evaluations
