  • Position: Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)

  • Location: 3925 Old Redwood Hwy, Santa Rosa, CA 95403
  • Start Date: 01/19/2026
  • Contract Duration: 13 Weeks
  • Shift Options:
    • Mon–Fri | 8-hour days (9:00 AM – 5:30 PM)
    • 4×10-hour days (7:30 AM – 6:00 PM)
  • Hours per Week: 40 hours
  • Total Contract Hours: 520
  • Positions Available: 1
  • Job Type: Contract / Allied Health
  • Department: Pediatrics – Rehab Services

 

Job Responsibilities

  • Evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, fluency, and feeding disorders in pediatric patients
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment results
  • Provide direct therapy services in an outpatient pediatric setting
  • Collaborate with physicians, therapists, educators, and families to support patient goals
  • Educate caregivers on home exercise programs and progress updates
  • Maintain accurate, timely documentation in accordance with Kaiser policies and regulatory standards
  • Ensure compliance with patient safety, infection control, and professional practice guidelines

 

Requirements

  • License:
    • Active California Speech Language Pathologist license (required)
  • Certifications:
    • BLS – Required
  • Experience:
    • Prior outpatient pediatric SLP experience preferred
  • Other Requirements:
    • Ability to commit to a long-term (1-year) contract
    • Must meet Kaiser compliance and onboarding requirements
