Position: Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)
Specialty: Outpatient Pediatrics – Rehab Services
Facility: Kaiser Santa Rosa Medical Offices 4
Location: 3925 Old Redwood Hwy, Santa Rosa, CA 95403
Start Date: 01/19/2026
Contract Duration: 13 Weeks
Shift Options:
- Mon–Fri | 8-hour days (9:00 AM – 5:30 PM)
- 4×10-hour days (7:30 AM – 6:00 PM)
Hours per Week: 40 hours
Total Contract Hours: 520

Job Responsibilities

Evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, fluency, and feeding disorders in pediatric patients
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment results
Provide direct therapy services in an outpatient pediatric setting
Collaborate with physicians, therapists, educators, and families to support patient goals
Educate caregivers on home exercise programs and progress updates
Maintain accurate, timely documentation in accordance with Kaiser policies and regulatory standards
Ensure compliance with patient safety, infection control, and professional practice guidelines

Requirements

License:
- Active California Speech Language Pathologist license (required)
Certifications:
- BLS – Required
Experience:
- Prior outpatient pediatric SLP experience preferred
Other Requirements:
- Ability to commit to a long-term (1-year) contract
- Must meet Kaiser compliance and onboarding requirements
