Provided direct nursing care to laboring and delivering patients in a fast-paced Labor & Delivery unit
Performed continuous fetal heart monitoring and maternal assessments
Assisted with vaginal and operative deliveries
Managed obstetric emergencies following ACLS and AWOHNN protocols
Collaborated with OB physicians, anesthesiology, and neonatal teams
Delivered patient education throughout labor, delivery, and immediate postpartum period
Maintained accurate and timely clinical documentation
Functioned independently and effectively during 7pm–7am night shifts
