- Provided direct nursing care to laboring and delivering patients in a fast-paced Labor & Delivery unit
- Performed continuous fetal heart monitoring and maternal assessments
- Assisted with vaginal and operative deliveries
- Managed obstetric emergencies following ACLS and AWOHNN protocols
- Collaborated with OB physicians, anesthesiology, and neonatal teams
- Delivered patient education throughout labor, delivery, and immediate postpartum period
- Maintained accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Functioned independently and effectively during 7pm–7am night shifts
