Nuclear Medicine Technologist

Location: Santa Monica, CA

Weekly Pay: $3,555
Shift: Day Shift
Hours: 40 hours/week (5x8)
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Start Date: January 12, 2026

Job Details

Day shift, Monday–Friday
Shift times: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM or 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
Rotating on-call required
- Weekdays: end of shift to 11:00 PM
- Weekends/Holidays: 7:00 AM – 11:00 PM
Block scheduling available
Weekend and holiday availability required

Unit Details

Nuclear Medicine Department in an acute care hospital setting serving adult and geriatric patients.

Charting System: Epic (preferred)
Equipment: Philips

Requirements

Minimum 1 year of Nuclear Medicine experience
BLS required
NMTCB certification required
ARRT accepted
Ability to perform lymphoscintigraphy (including tracer injection)
Experience with PACS, EKGs, ER, and Adult ICU

Skills & Procedures

Bone scans (3-phase, whole body)
Myocardial perfusion imaging (exercise and pharmacologic stress)
SPECT imaging
Thyroid, renal, liver, lung, and tumor localization studies
Lymphoscintigraphy and gastric emptying studies
