Contract Details

• Start Date: 01/12/2026
• Duration: 13 Weeks
• Shift: Days
• Shift Length: 8 hours
• Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours/week
• Schedule:
  • Monday–Friday
  • Call rotation: 1 night per week + every other or every third weekend
  • First weekday OR case starts at 07:30 AM

Experience & Requirements

• Minimum Experience: 2 years of recent perfusion experience
• Certifications Required:
  • BLS (AHA only)
• Preferred:
  • ABCP Certification (not required)
• License:
  • North Dakota license not required
• Other Requirements:
  • Willing and able to take call
  • Must disclose prior Sanford Health employment (6-month gap required)

Primary Responsibilities

• Provide perfusion support for:
  • On-pump and off-pump CABG cases
  • Valve replacement surgeries
  • Adult TAVR procedures
• Adult patient population only

Equipment & Technology

• EPIC EMR
• Viper documentation system
• Spectrum pumps

Unit & Facility Details

• 2 Cardiovascular OR rooms
• Access to robotic OR
• TAVRs performed in a hybrid Cath lab
• Team structure:
  • 3 surgeons
  • 4 perfusionists
• Orientation:
  • 8 hours total
  • 1:1 orientation with a perfusionist

Floating

• Floating only to Broadway campus, and only if the traveler can perform HIPEC

Additional Notes

• All clinicians must badge in and out
• Scrub Color: Provided (Ceil Blue)
• Cancellation policy: Client may cancel up to 12 hours per 13 weeks
