Emergency Department RN – Charge Nurse (Nights)

Shift: 7:00p–7:30a

Position Overview

This is a Charge Nurse position with charge pay applicable. The RN must have prior Charge Nurse experience and be willing to take regular patient assignments as needed. Candidate must demonstrate strong leadership, clinical competence, and flexibility.

Submission & Compliance Requirements

BILH coversheet required at time of submission
Active MA RN license required at submission
Minimum 2+ years of Emergency Department experience
Prior Charge Nurse experience required
Must not have worked for BILH (perm, per diem, or contract) within the last 6 months

Certifications Required

BLS
ACLS
TNCC
PALS or ENPC (PALS preferred; ENPC accepted as equivalent)

Floating & Coverage Expectations

Must be open to floating to Addison Gilbert Hospital as needed
