Facility Name: Mercy Rehabilitation Hospital St. Louis (Chesterfield, MO) Floor: 1, 2 and G (Garden/Lower Level) Position Information: Facility Department/Cost Center: 6785 Role (RN, Tech, LPN, PT, etc.): RN Specialty: Rehab (Med/Surg) Number of Openings: 1 Shift: 6:30PM 7AM Weekly Guaranteed Hours: n/a Weekend Hours:Every other weekend requirement Call Requirements: Required Certifications: RNlicensed in State of MO, BLS (CPR) Certification Years of Experience: 2 Float Requirements: within units in hospital (5 Units: Stroke, Comprehensive, Medically Complex, Brain Injury, Spinal Cord Injury) Additional Notes: Unit Information: Number of Beds: 81 private rooms Patient Ratios: approximate 1:6/7 Day and 1:8 Night; Each Nurse has a dedicated Tech Equipment: EHR: Epic
