General Information Tell us about the unit(s): Number of Beds - 20 Number of Staff 40 Type of staff: RNs and PCTs Day Shift 1 Charge RN, 5 nurses, 3PCTs Night Shift -
1 Charge RN, 5 nurses, 2 PCTs Patient Ratios 1:4 Type of equipment
- Tele, Transport monitors, suction, feeding pumps, trachs, bipap, cpap, heated high flow, chest tubes, foleys, pacer wires/pacers, iv pumps, scd pumps EMR - meditech Typical hiring profile Skill Set Most recruited for:
(Travel RNs, local CNAs and sitters)
Must have:
candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role.
ACLS Drips heparin, tikosin, diltiazem, amiodarone, nitro, Lasix, ketamine PCU experience, cardiac experience
Preferred or nice to have:
candidates with these skills will be considered first.
List typical procedures performed on unit(s):
Chest tube placement, remove chest tubes, remove pacer wires, 12 lead EKGs
