A 24-bed Thoracic Cardiovascular ICU (TCV ICU) is a specialized intensive care unit in a hospital that provides the highest level of care for patients who have undergone major cardiac (heart), vascular (blood vessel), and thoracic (chest/lung) surgical procedures.
This includes care after surgeries such as coronary artery bypass grafting (CABG), valve repairs or replacements, heart and lung transplants, and other complex thoracic operations
