Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – School-Based | Media, PA

MedAdventures is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist to join a school-based setting in Media, Pennsylvania. In this role, you’ll support students in developing communication, language, and social skills while collaborating with educators and support staff to help students succeed academically and socially.

Your Responsibilities:

• Provide speech and language therapy services to students in accordance with IEPs
• Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary school teams
• Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant documentation
• Support students’ communication needs across academic and social settings

Qualifications:

• Active Pennsylvania SLP license (and ASHA CCCs, if applicable)
• School-based experience preferred
• Strong communication, collaboration, and clinical skills
• Commitment to student-centered, evidence-based care
