Description

8am-5pm.

Primarily a phone triage role.

Primary duties include:

Telephone triage and assessment, education, collaboration and coordination of healthcare and community resources.

Assist provider's with follow up of test results and assists with coordinating care.

Provide patient education and teaching.

Flu vaccine required prior to start.

BLS-AHA required.

Must have active MA license.
