Travel CT/X‑Ray Technologist – Chamberlain, SD

Assignment Type: Travel

Location: Chamberlain, South Dakota

Schedule: 4x10s, variable days

• Start times: 7:30 a.m. or 8:30 a.m.

• End times: 6:30 p.m. or 7:00 p.m.

Pay Range: $3,100–$3,326/week (gross)

Requirements:

• ARRT (CT) required

• BLS required

• Minimum 3 years of CT and X‑ray experience

• Strong competency in both CT and general radiography

• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment

Position Overview:

This facility is seeking a skilled Travel CT/X‑Ray Technologist capable of performing high‑quality diagnostic imaging in a rural hospital setting. The ideal candidate is adaptable, confident in both CT and general radiography, and comfortable working variable day shifts. You will support a collaborative care team and contribute to efficient patient flow while maintaining safety and imaging standards.

Responsibilities:

• Perform CT and X‑ray exams according to established protocols

• Ensure patient safety and comfort throughout the imaging process

• Collaborate with providers, nursing staff, and other technologists

• Maintain accurate documentation and follow all regulatory guidelines

• Support imaging needs across the department as required
