Description
MUST HAVE LEVEL I TRAUMA EXPERIENCE must pass dysrhythmia exam prior to acceptance, traveler has 2 attempts.
Unit: CTICU/CVICU - # beds: 24 - Certs: BLS, ACLS. CCRN preferred. ICU experience only, CVICU preferred. - Ratios: 1:1-2. High number of 1:1. - EMR: Cerner
Common diagnosis / Types of patients: Cardiac surgery recovery, Empallas, IABP, CRRT, lung transplant, thoracic, Ecmo, esophogectomy, lobectomy, pneumectomy, TAVR. - Additional Notes: Very high acuity, travelers with IABP and CABG experience can take patients. High number of bedside procedures, bronchs, Swans, epidurals.
