Description:
Shift: Thursday 8a-430p, Friday 6p-6a, Saturday 6p-6a. Call and holidays required. Up to 4-5 call shifts per month.

Is on-call REQ? Yes. one weekend a month and 1-2 weekdays a month. Holidays may be required.

Required Certs: BLS, ARRT, IN State License required.
