DESCRIPTION:

Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) – Emergency Room (ER)
Location: Norwich, CT 06360
Shift: Nights | 3x12s

Responsibilities:

Provide direct nursing care to emergency and trauma patients
Rapidly assess, prioritize, and manage patient conditions
Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary care teams
Administer medications, treatments, and interventions per protocol
Accurately document patient care using the Epic EMR system
Maintain patient safety and adhere to all hospital policies and standards

Requirements:

Active RN license (state-compliant)
Minimum of 2+ years of Emergency Department (ED) experience
Trauma experience required
Epic EMR experience preferred
Strong critical thinking, communication, and teamwork skills
