Job Description

We are seeking a skilled CT/XR Technologist specialized in Computed Tomography with Radiography for a 13-week travel assignment. The CT/XR Technologist is responsible for performing high-quality computed tomography (CT) and diagnostic radiographic imaging procedures in accordance with established protocols, physician orders, and regulatory standards. This role requires strong technical skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to patient-centered care.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform CT and general radiography exams accurately and efficiently
• Ensure proper patient positioning, image quality, and radiation safety
• Review and verify physician orders and patient history prior to exams
• Operate imaging equipment safely and maintain compliance with radiation protection standards
• Monitor patients during procedures and respond appropriately to changes in condition
• Maintain accurate documentation in the electronic medical record
• Collaborate with radiologists, physicians, and other healthcare staff to ensure optimal patient care
• Adhere to infection control, safety, and quality assurance guidelines
• Participate in departmental workflow, including equipment care and room readiness

Qualifications

• ARRT certification in Radiography (R) and Computed Tomography (CT)
• Active state license (as required)
• Current BLS certification
• Minimum of 1–2 years of recent CT experience preferred
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
