🌙 Registered Nurse (RN) – Med/Surg & Emergency

Night Shift | 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM

We are seeking full-time Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our night shift team supporting both Medical-Surgical and Emergency Department patients. This role is ideal for nurses who want to grow their skills, work alongside a supportive clinical team, and make a meaningful impact in a rural healthcare setting. 🩺 What You’ll Do

• Provide comprehensive nursing care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care plans in collaboration with physicians
• Deliver total patient care such as hygiene, ambulation, and elimination needs
• Document care accurately in accordance with regulatory and facility requirements
• Safely operate and maintain medical equipment (IV pumps, monitors, suction, drainage devices, etc.)
• Educate patients and families on physical, emotional, and environmental health concerns
• Coordinate and assign patient care activities based on acuity and staff competencies
• Supervise and evaluate nursing care, monitoring patient responses to interventions
• Maintain professionalism and uphold behavioral and safety standards
• Respond to emergencies and maintain required certifications
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes
• Communicate effectively while maintaining strict confidentiality standards

✅ Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Iowa or a compact state
• 1 year Med/Surg or Emergency experience required
• Desire to serve and support rural communities
• Current or ability to obtain BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC certifications
