Travel RN – Case Management

Austin, TX | 13-Week Contract

Schedule

Day shift 8:00AM-5:00PM
5 days per week
Rotating weekends (every other)
No on-call

Pay Package (36 Hours/Week)

W2 Pay Rate: $18.00/hr
Weekly Stipend: $1,207.37
Weekly Gross: $1,927.37

Role Overview

Discharge planning and care coordination
Post-acute care planning
Collaboration with physicians, patients, and families
Support across ICU, Tele, PCU, Neuro, Ortho, and Observation units

Requirements

Active RN license
Minimum 1 year of bedside case management experience
Post-acute care knowledge
Meditech/ Midas or HCA experience required
