Requirements:

Candidates with an AZ driver's license will not be considered - [REQUIRED]
Provider must have 24 months minimum of current Progressive Care Unit/PCU experience - [REQUIRED]
Certifications must be American Heart Association or American Red Cross - [REQUIRED]
Nursys cannot show any hits on license at time of submission - [REQUIRED] [DOCUMENT]
Banner will not approve RTO within the first week or holidays. Can not exceed 7 days - [REQUIRED]
