Position Overview

A leading medical center in New Brunswick, NJ is seeking an experienced Travel Nuclear Medicine Technologist to join their imaging team. This is a high‑performing department with advanced equipment, strong physician collaboration, and a traveler‑friendly environment. Ideal for a tech who is confident in both routine and complex nuclear medicine procedures and comfortable working independently.

Requirements

Active ARRT (R)(CT) or CNMT
NMTCB (CT) certification required
Minimum 2 years of recent Nuclear Medicine experience
Strong technical proficiency with SPECT/CT and PET/CT workflows
Ability to work 4x10 day shifts consistently
Excellent communication and patient‑care skills

Responsibilities

Perform high‑quality nuclear medicine exams, including SPECT/CT and PET/CT
Prepare and administer radiopharmaceuticals safely and accurately
Ensure patient safety, comfort, and proper positioning
Collaborate with radiologists, technologists, and clinical staff
Maintain accurate documentation and follow all facility protocols
Support workflow in a fast‑paced, high‑acuity imaging environment
