Description
Specialty: Radiologic Technologist
Units/Areas: Diagnostic Imaging, CT, 2 year minimum required
Required License: Current California Certified Radiologic Technologist Licensure (CRT)
Required Certifications: BLS (AHA), (CT)(ARRT)(Preferred)
Required Skills: Positioning for optimal results, contrast media adjustment by age group, equipment troubleshooting, supply management, patient scheduling, and emergency response.
Required Education: Graduate of an Accredited Radiology Program with Associate of Science Degree.
Schedule: Variable; remains flexible for holidays, weekends, and call rotation.
Setting, Bed count, Trauma Level: Small Rural Critical Access Hospital.
Equipment, Duties, Procedures: Operates X-ray and CT equipment in an acute care setting. Performs diagnostic imaging examinations, evaluates motor skills/physiologic norms, ensures radiation shielding, and maintains documentation/files for multiple modalities.
Short Description: Licensed California Rad Tech needed for a small rural facility to perform high-quality imaging across multiple modalities (Rad/CT) with minimal supervision.
Prepare Front and Back Images of Docs: Driver's License and Social Security Card to expedite submission.
