🗓 Schedule
- Shift: Days
- Schedule: 3x12-hour shifts (7:00 AM – 7:30 PM)
- Block Scheduling: No
- Weekends: Every other or every third (unit based)

✅ Requirements
- Active RN license (WI or compact — must be in hand at submission)
- Minimum 2 years Pediatric ICU experience required
- At least 1 year CVPICU / cardiac ICU experience required
- BLS & PALS (AHA only)
- EPIC experience required (within last 12 months preferred)
- Trauma Level II experience required (Level I preferred)
- Strong cardiac, ventilator, and hemodynamic monitoring experience
- First-time travelers considered ONLY with 3+ years high-acuity experience
- Traveler’s permanent address must be 50+ miles from facility (locals not accepted)

🩺 Unit & Role Overview
- Mixed CVPICU / PICU unit caring for neonates through adolescents
- 1:1 patient ratios across shifts
- High-acuity population including cardiac surgery, ECMO, CRRT, VAD, transplant, trauma, and neuro
- Floating required as needed (may float to NICU or general care)
- State-of-the-art children’s hospital and Level I Pediatric Trauma Center
