1+ years of recent Home Health experience - [REQUIRED]
Case management experience - [REQUIRED]
Homecare Home Base EMR - [REQUIRED]
Previous travel experience - Highly Preferred
IV and venipuncture experience - Highly Preferred
MUST have a clear driving record, active driver's license and current auto insurance
Must provide proof within 48 hours of offer acceptance
6 patients per day/Productivity of 30 per week
Must complete revisits, SOC/ROCs, recerts and discharges
OnCall: No call
WeekendDescription: Possible weekends
Certifications: BLS (AHA)
