Travel Nurse RN - ICU - Intensive Care Unit

Position Details:

12 HR PM; every other weekend and holiday

Floating: Agency staff are expected to float to like or lower acuity units and between hospitals/facilities when there is a staffing need

a minimum of 2 years ICU experience 

prefer to have previous travel exp

no locals accepted (locals are considered to be within 50 miles of the facility)

BLS, ACLS, NIH 

Will be required to take Dysrhythmia exam at orientation 

Unit Details:

Bed amount: 17

Drips: Pressors, sedation, paralytics, 

Lines/Drains/ Specific devices used: CRRT, minimally invasive cardiac output monitoring, chest tubes, JP drains, pericardial drains, 

Oxygen: Vents, bipap, high flow

Patient population: multiple co-morbidity, sepsis, renal failure, COPD/HF

Support staff: PCT on some shifts, charge
