POSITION: Home Health RN

SCHEDULING DETAILS AND CHARTING

• Shift hours/Contract Length: M-F 8a-5p

• Charting: OASIS & EPIC experience required.

• Weekend Requirement: Would prefer one weekend/month if possible

• Accept First-Time Travelers: No

• Locals Accepted? No.

REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS

BLS Cert

REQUIRED CLINICAL SKILLS
========================
• 2+ years of Home Health experience required.

• Clinical skills required: Proficient in nursing assessment and documentation (OASIS)

UNIT DETAILS AND FLOATING
==========================
• Daily patient volume-RN will see 6-7 patients on a busy day

• Lexington is a more rural area so more traveling and driving between homes

• Mileage is reimbursed at $.50/mile

• Floating: Office is based out of Lexington but may float to other offices as needed.
