Description

Labor & Delivery (LD) – Travel Assignment

Location: Moreno Valley, CA
Pay: $3,584/week
Shift: Night Shift | 12-hour shifts (07:00 PM – 07:00 AM)
Schedule: 3 days/week (floating to postpartum, includes some weekends)
Contract Length: 6 months
Start Date: 02/23/2026

Job Details:

Provide nursing care for laboring mothers and newborns
Catch babies and circulate in the OR
Monitor maternal and fetal status, administer medications, and assist with deliveries
Provide postpartum care and education to patients and families
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and support staff to ensure quality care
Participate in high-risk OB and float to postpartum as needed

Requirements:

Current RN license in the state of assignment
Current BLS, ACLS, NRP, and AWHONN certifications
Minimum 2 years of recent Labor & Delivery experience
Graduate of an accredited nursing program
Strong clinical skills, critical thinking, and communication abilities

Preferred Qualifications:

BSN or higher in Nursing
Experience in high-risk labor and delivery
Experience with advanced maternal-fetal monitoring
