Profiles go directly to the manager for consideration need 2 sup refs (charge accepted) at submittal; 1 w/in 12 mo. & 1 w/in 3 years worked Candidates may not have been directly employed (full time, part time, or PRN) by any facility associated with CommonSpirit, including CHI and/or Dignity within the past year. Candidates who were employed PRN through outside firms will be considered. ***The Director requires candidates to hold recent California Dignity Health Hospital as a Care Coordinator. If they have not worked for Dignity/CommonSpirit in this role, they will NOT be considered**** • How many patients will they see per day? 15-25 patients a day but could be more due to staffing • Will they float to every department in the hospital or only specific units? will float to all units excluding surgery • Outside of BLS, do they require any other certification? Just BLS required • What types of patients? the patient population is cardiac, surgical, oncology, critical care etc • Please provide specifics on the unit orientation: They will orient for one day with a RNCC
