Description

Registered Nurse (RN) – ICU
📍 Location: Pontiac, MI
🏥 Facility: McLaren Oakland (Level II Trauma Center – Detroit 25–30 miles away)

Assignment Details

Contract Length: 13 weeks
Shift: Nights
Shift Hours: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM (12-hour shifts)
Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours/week
Weekend Requirements: Every other weekend
On-Call: None

Compensation

Weekly Gross: $1,950
- Breakdown: $20/hr taxable + $1,230 weekly stipend
Overtime Rate: $50/hour

Unit / Patient Ratios

ICU Beds: 10
RN-to-Patient Ratio:
- ICU: 1:2
- Stepdown: 1:4
Frequent floating to Stepdown

Experience Requirements

Minimum 2 years of ICU experience (required)
Travel experience (preferred)

Certifications & Licensure

Active Michigan RN license required at submission
ACLS
BLS

Additional Notes

Dress code: Grey scrubs (any shade)
