Job Title
• Registered Nurse - ICU

Location
• Boston, MA

Schedule / Job Type
• Full-time, 12-hour night shifts, 10-week assignment

Key Responsibilities
• Provide specialized nursing care in the Medical ICU setting
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver patient-centered care
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies and safety protocols
• Monitor and respond to patient conditions, documenting findings accurately
• Participate in patient assessments and implement care plans
• Cover every third weekend as part of the schedule

Required Qualifications
• Valid Massachusetts RN license
• CPR Certification (AHA) and ACLS Certification (AHA)
• Minimum of 2+ years relevant ICU experience
• Experience working in a Level 1 trauma ICU is required
• BILH coversheet for submission

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Prior ICU nursing experience in a similar hospital setting
• Strong critical thinking and quick decision-making skills
