Description

12 hour day/nights, must be able to work both shifts flexibly.

Trauma Level: 4, Not STEMI or Stroke center- # Beds/Trauma Bays: 12 beds and 2 trauma rooms.- Do you have a Fast Track: Yes- Do you have a separate Triage area: Yes, separate triage area. We would prefer travelers be trained to triage.- Do you have a separate holding area in the ER or are ER holds intermixed w/in the ER: Intermixed

On average, how many patients do you treat in the ER/day: 15,500 visits per year, seasonal fluctuation (averages out to about 40/day for context).- Nurse/Patient Ratios: From 11p-8a 2 RNs, add an RN at 8-8 and from 11a-11p.- Required Certifications: BLS, PALS, ACLS, TNCC preferred, NRP preferred, ENPC nicety.

This will be my second travel nursing assignment. My first one made me question continuing the travel nursing role. However, Alyssa has been amazing. She is quick to respond and is able to make me feel at ease when there might be some concerning unknowns about the potential assignment. She is incredibly professional and I would recommend her to anyone looking for their next travel nursing assignment!
