Travel LPN – Long-Term Care (Nights)
Location: McGregor, Iowa
Assignment Type: Travel
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Shift: Nights

We are seeking an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a night-shift travel assignment in a long-term care setting. This position offers a fixed, predictable overnight schedule with no rotating shifts, making it an excellent option for LPNs who prefer structure and consistency on nights.

Weekly Schedule:

Monday: 5:00 PM – 5:00 AM
Tuesday: 5:00 PM – 5:00 AM
Wednesday: 9:00 PM – 5:00 AM
Thursday: 9:00 PM – 5:00 AM

(No weekends required.)

Responsibilities:

Provide direct nursing care to long-term care residents
Administer medications and treatments per provider orders
Monitor resident condition and report changes promptly
Coordinate care with CNAs and interdisciplinary staff
Maintain accurate and timely documentation
Ensure resident safety and adherence to care standards

Requirements:

Active LPN license (Iowa)
Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred
Comfortable working overnight shifts independently
Strong communication and documentation skills
