Travel Case Manager- Washington

American Consultants is looking for a Case Manager for a contract in Washington.

Contract Details:

Nurse Case Manager for a 13-week contract starting ASAP. This position is based in a 25-bed Critical Access Hospital located in the heart of Central Washington—a beautiful rural community known for its agricultural roots, four distinct seasons, and abundant outdoor recreation opportunities. A minimum of one year of experience in case management and discharge planning is required, along with proficiency in Cerner EHR. Familiarity with rural healthcare and navigating limited resources is strongly preferred. This is a great opportunity to support high-quality care in a collaborative, resource-conscious community.

Work schedule: Full-time, offering a choice between a 4x10 hr schedule or a traditional 5x8 hr schedule per week.
