Description

Job Title: Cardiac Cath Lab Registered Nurse (Traveler)

Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Travel RN for a high-acuity contract in our Cardiac Catheterization Lab. This role requires a clinician who is highly proficient in interventional procedures and committed to a rigorous on-call rotation. Candidates must be fully prepared to meet the extensive call requirements listed below before applying.

Key Responsibilities

Procedural Nursing: Provide expert care during diagnostic and interventional cardiac procedures, including STEMI management.
Monitoring & Sedation: Monitor patient hemodynamics and manage moderate sedation in accordance with 2026 clinical protocols.
Emergency Response: Provide rapid-response support for emergency call-back cases.

Schedule & Shift Details

Format: Four 10-hour shifts per week.
Status: Traveler / Contract.

Mandatory On-Call Requirements

Monthly Commitment: 10 days of on-call coverage per month.
Weekend Commitment: 4 of those call days must be scheduled on weekends (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday).
Note: Reliable response times for emergency call-backs are essential for this role.

Qualifications

Licensure: Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
Experience: Previous Cardiac Cath Lab (CCL) experience is required.
Certifications: Current BLS and ACLS (American Heart Association) are mandatory.
