Description
Shift: 9:00 AM-5:00 PM 5x8hr
Required Skills & Experience:
-Acute Facilities: Minimum two (2) years Med/Surg experience in a large acute care hospital setting. The most recent experience should be within the past year.
-Post Acute Facilities: Minimum two (2) years Med/Surg experience in either Post Acute Facility or acute care hospital setting. The most recent experience should be within the past year.
-Physical assessment.
-Medication administration.
-Wound care & Infection control
-IV therapy.
-Post-operative care.
-Patient education.
-Telemetry monitoring.
Preferred Skills & Experience:
-EPIC EMR experience.
Required Skills & Experience:
-Two (2) years of previous acute care experience in MedSurg, Maternal and Child Care, Critical Care, Pediatrics.
-Current Adult Care home health experience.
Required Certification & Licensure:
-New York State RN License & Primary Source Verification from NYS Department of Education (NYSED). .
-AHA BLS.
-AHA ACLS (Queens only)
Required Education:
-Associates Degree (ASN, ADN) from an accredited Nursing Program

This will be my second travel nursing assignment. My first one made me question continuing the travel nursing role. However, Alyssa has been amazing.
