Description

Shift: 6:30 PM-6:30 AM Nights 36 hrs/wk

Call: None

Weekends - every 3rd including holiday

Local Radius rule: 50 miles

Equipment: HFOV, Jet, Servo UPatient Types: all agesDrips: power injection contrast injections

Scrubs: Gunpowder Gray

Traveler may be required to float across all campuses; Iowa Methodist MC, Iowa Lutheran Iowa Methodist

Candidate will be cross trained on general Pediatric floor to assist when needed

REQUIREMENTS:

Must have 24 months of current RRT / CRT - Respiratory Therapy experience

FIRM 36 months of Respiratory care experience in hospital/medical center setting PICU / Pediatric intensive or NICU / neonatal intensive experience - may work across picu/nicu floor

Equipment experience: HFOV/High-Frequency Oscillatory Ventilation, Jet, Servo U NRP or PALS certified

EPIC electronic medical records experience

Needed for Submittal:

Driver s License, AHA/American Heart Association or ARC/AMERICAN RED CROSS BLS / basic life support, NBRC / National Board for Respiratory Care, PALs / pediatric advanced or NRP / neonatal resuscitation certificate

This will be my second travel nursing assignment. My first one made me question continuing the travel nursing role. However, Alyssa has been amazing. She is quick to respond and is able to make me feel at ease when there might be some concerning unknowns about the potential assignment. She is incredibly professional and I would recommend her to anyone looking for their next travel nursing assignment!
