  • Arizona RN License
  • ACLS
  • BLS
  • NIH Certification
• Preferred Experience: Impella, IABP
• EMR System: Medhost
• Schedule: Blocked schedule considered; may float as needed
• On Call: No on call required
• Holiday Requirements: Required to work on holidays; Return to Office blackout dates TBD
• Scrub Color: Black
