Dysrhythmia Exam Required (Study Guide Available)

Neuro exp preferred
Must have BLS, ACLS and NIHSS
12 HR Nights
Every 3rd weekend, every other holiday
36 or 48 GTE

Unit Specific Details
10-bed Observation Unit
This position is ideal for a nurse with experience in dysrhythmia management and neuro care.
Focused on monitoring and assessing patients with various conditions, including those requiring neuro and cardiac observation.
Conduct neuro assessments, including NIHSS, for patients with neurological concerns
Administer medications and treatments as ordered and monitor for side effects.
Work closely with physicians and the healthcare team to assess patient conditions and determine the need for further care or discharge.
Educate patients and families about their conditions, treatment plans, and next steps.
Document patient progress and interventions accurately.
Strong critical thinking, communication, and assessment skills
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment.
 

Nurse ratio 6:1 with 1 tech

Once hit 7 patients it goes to 2 nurses no tech. *
