Job Opportunity: RN - Travel Position

Facility Information

Position Details

• Role: Registered Nurse (RN)
• Specialty: Inpatient Rehabilitation
• Employment Type: Travel
• Shift: 7 PM - 7 AM
• Weekly Guaranteed Hours: 36 or 48 (please indicate preference upon submission)
• Weekend Hours: Every other weekend
• Call Requirements: No
• Number of Openings: 1
• Contract Length: 13 weeks

Patient Population

• Primarily Adults
• Geriatric patients

Required Qualifications

• Experience: 1-2 years of acute care experience
• Certifications:

  • BLS (Basic Life Support)
  • Mandatory reporter certification (Child and Adult)
• Background Checks:

  • Iowa SING BG clearance (Criminal and Child Abuse portions required)
  • All background checks must be fully cleared prior to start (no instant or statewide searches accepted)
• Drug Test: 10-panel screening including opiates
• Immunizations: Titers must be within the last 12 months (MMR, Hep B, Varicella, TB)

Preferred Qualifications

• Travel experience preferred but not required
• Experience in MedSurg, LTAC, or similar settings

Common Diagnoses/Treatments

• Neuro, trauma, burn, gait training/strengthening, wound vac
