Position Overview

A leading medical center in New Brunswick, NJ is seeking an experienced Travel Nuclear Medicine Technologist to join their diagnostic imaging team. This assignment offers strong weekly pay, extended shift lengths, and the option to choose between a 13‑ or 26‑week contract. Ideal for a seasoned Nuclear Med Tech with solid clinical skills and the ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of recent Nuclear Medicine experience
Active NMTCB
ARRT (CT) or CNMT
Current BLS
New Jersey license (active or pending)
Strong proficiency in nuclear medicine procedures, imaging equipment, and safety protocols

Responsibilities

Perform high‑quality nuclear medicine studies, including SPECT and SPECT/CT
Prepare and administer radiopharmaceuticals safely and accurately
Ensure proper imaging acquisition, documentation, and patient monitoring
Collaborate with radiologists, technologists, and clinical staff
Maintain compliance with radiation safety standards and facility protocols
Support a busy day‑shift workflow with extended 10‑hour shifts
