• 2 years current L & D experience [required]
• Post Partum/Mother Baby   PP/MB experience [required]
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing [required]
• Perm address must be included with profile
• Traveler must have their own vehicle for this assignment
• Any/All RTO must be included in profile. ALL SCHEDULING REQUESTS MUST BE MADE AT THE TIME OF SUBMISSION. Facility will NOT approve scheduling requests at/after time of offer.  Please obtain this information prior to submittal. Requests after offer may lead to rescinded offer

• Skills Checklist Labor and Delivery  (pertinent to position), current to 1 year [REQUIRED]
• Skills Checklist Post Partum  (pertinent to position), current to 1 year [REQUIRED]
• Skills Checklist Mother Baby  (pertinent to position), current to 1 year [REQUIRED]
• 1 Supervisory Signed Reference (from within the past two years of employment) [REQUIRED]
• Massachusetts RN license - Must be uploaded with profile [REQUIRED]
• Active American Heart Association BLS - [REQUIRED]
• Active Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) Certification - [REQUIRED]
• Active STABLE  (Sugar, Temperature, Air Way, Blood Pressure, Lab Work and Emotional Support) Certification - [REQUIRED
