Certifications

Basic Life Support

Description

M/S ORTHO UNIT

Nights

Floating: float to MSO and PCU as needed

Certifications required upon submission: NC or compact RN license, BLS and ACLS preferred but not required

Minimum Experience (yrs in specialty): 2+ years of ORTHO experience; no new travelers, must have completed at least 1 travel contract

Charting Experience: EPIC required

Nurse to patient ratio: 6:1

Unit description: Orthopedic, Med/Surg - total joint replacement patients including hip knee shoulder, spine patients, and patients who have had hip fractures. The vast majority of our patients are elective cases with 1-2 night stays*
