Cath Lab Technologist – Travel Assignment

Brownwood, TX Day Shift | 4×10 Hours | 07:00–17:30 | 13 Weeks

Position Overview

A Cath Lab Technologist is needed for a 13‑week assignment supporting a high‑acuity cardiac program. The technologist must be fully competent in left and right heart catheterizations, PCI, peripheral vascular procedures, and device placement, with additional exposure to renal interventions. Travel experience is strongly preferred due to the procedural volume and call expectations.

Schedule & Shift Requirements

Preferred Start: Late February or early March (no later than March 9, 2026)
Shift: 4×10‑hour days, 07:00–17:30
Hours: May vary slightly based on case load
Call: 12–15 call shifts per month, self‑scheduled
Weekends: Included in call rotation
Floating: Required within facility and within scope
Contract Length: 13 weeks
RTO: Must follow facility guidelines (max 7 days recommended)

Required Experience & Skills

Experience Required:
- Left/right heart cath
- Percutaneous coronary interventions (PCI)
- Peripheral vascular procedures
- Device placement
- Renal cases
Minimum Experience: Strong competency required; travel experience strongly preferred
Ability to function independently in a fast‑paced procedural environment
Comfortable participating in a high call‑volume schedule

Required Certifications

ARRT (R) or CCI RCIS
BLS
ACLS
Preferred: CCI RCES, CET
