Schedule & Call

• Shift: Day Shift – 4x10s (07:00–17:30)
• On Call: Required
  • 10–12 on-call shifts per 4-week schedule
  • Includes 3–4 weekend on-call shifts
  • Overnights and weekends – rotating
• Block Scheduling: No
• Pre-Approved Time Off: Up to 2 requests (must be submitted at time of submission)

Job Responsibilities

• Provide RN support for procedures in IR Lab, CT, and Ultrasound
• Assist with neuro and vascular interventional procedures
• Monitor and administer procedural sedation
• Perform sheath removal, ACT monitoring, and post-procedure care
• Administer emergency medications and manage dysrhythmias
• Ensure compliance with radiation and laser safety standards

Requirements & Qualifications

• License:
  • Active California RN License – Required at time of submission
• Experience:
  • Minimum 2 years of IR RN experience required
  • Prior IR experience with Neuro Thrombectomies – REQUIRED (Hard Stop)
  • Travel experience required
• Certifications:
  • BLS (AHA)
  • ACLS
  • NIHSS
• Charting Systems:
  • Sunrise Allscripts / McKesson / SBAR
• Hospital Experience:
  • Teaching or Community Hospital experience preferred
